Orchard House

by Jeanne Horton

"Orchard House" is home to the writer Louisa May Alcott who wrote the beloved novel "Little Women" in 1868.  Jeanne Horton always admired the Alcott March family women and their story. The Orchard House collection was the perfect opportunity to create a line of fabric honoring these independent minded women.   The fabric selections are all taken from textiles collected and dating back to this time period.  Orchard House presents pattern designs that quilters admire and that blend well with other fabrics that Jeanne has created in the past. Her love of this period of time shows through in this collection and honors the characters and seasons at Orchard House.
